Overview: <p dir="LTR">The Director of Select Colocation will responsible for the ongoing technical support, project management, coordination, reporting, and oversight for a select number of high-value colocation customers. The core objective is to provide an unparalleled and exceptional experience for these customers, provide executive reporting and ensure key account and revenue are retained.</p> <p dir="LTR">The DSC works closely with Service Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Sales leadership to bring awareness and visibility to any changing landscape on key accounts.&nbsp; The DSC is responsible for the governance of assigned key accounts and is ultimately responsible for customer communications involving technical solutions, SLA reporting, project leadership, management, quality, and solution delivery.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p dir="LTR">Build and maintain an intimate awareness of the customer environments and business to facilitate an improved experience and benefit related to current services or future needs.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">The DSC will be the primary contact to coordinate technical resources across the company. It is DSC&rsquo;s responsibility to broker direct access to key resources as needed to address Customer&rsquo;s needs. The DSC will be an advocate for the customer and represent customer&rsquo;s interests and best-in-class performance for our customers as it pertains to colocation installations for cross-connects and space/power;</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">The DSC will be a point of escalation to help resolve tickets in a timely manner. The DSC will facilitate and document root-cause analysis if requested following any substantial incident.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Provide project management, coordination, documentation, and training associated with customer environments, processes, and procedures.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Conduct and participate in continuous business reviews and assist with life cycle management</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Ensure the company is delivering all contracted services to the customers</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Understanding all customer SLA&rsquo;s and ensuring the company is performing within those specified guidelines.</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Actively engage Flexential Product and Operations leadership with the development of new products and/or services as customer requirements evolve</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously review solutions to complex IT problems</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Provide value to assigned customers, ensuring we are compliant with budget, quality standards, and customer satisfaction as outlined in the customer&rsquo;s MSA</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Establish key business and professional relationships with appropriate delivery organizations to foster open and transparent communications</p> </li> </ul>
