Overview: <p dir="LTR">We are conducting a search for a driven and creative team member to join Flexential&rsquo;s demand generation function.&nbsp; This individual will be responsible for engaging prospective buyers across channels to fuel overall lead generation efforts</p> <p dir="LTR">This highly focused individual acts as the first line of contact to engage accounts through inbound and outbound efforts, qualifying interest, and generating new opportunities for the Flexential Sales teams.&nbsp; The successful candidate is results-driven with a relentless focus on engaging accounts to drive a marketing pipeline aligned to strategic company revenue objectives.</p> <p dir="LTR">The career path and opportunity for the Lead Development Representative role is to promote into the mainstream sales organization</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p dir="LTR">Executes lead generation &amp; outbound calling program activities</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p dir="LTR">Handles all strategic prospect interest from Marketing led inbound channels (800, chat, search, email inquiries)</p> </li> <li> <p dir="LTR">Qualifies prospects against a specific set of criteria and solution area of interest to further the buyer&rsquo;s journey through the Flexentail Sales organization</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p dir="LTR">Actively participates in Marketing campaign development, design, and execution to drive leads for sales</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p dir="LTR">Use of Marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) to facilitate multiple aspects of the sales cycle</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: :<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>2+ years' experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or Sales, in the technology space – preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to engage, probe and inform – using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, inspiring and creative way.</li><li>Understanding of the enterprise IT buyer and influencer mindset.</li><li>Proven capability to serve as a collaborative team player.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Ability to learn Salesforce.</li><li>Effective self-management and project management abilities</li><li>Problem solver and self-motivated; competitive and self-starter</li><li>Possess a high level of professional etiquette and integrity</li></ul>
