Responsibilities: <div class="ng-scope ng-enter-prepare"> <p class="answer ng-scope section2LeftfieldsInJobDetails jobDetailTextArea">&bull; Plan, organize, direct, and control the field purchasing function including expediting<br />&bull; Develop, or assist in the development of purchasing, expediting, or field purchasing activities on the project<br />&bull; Perform material buying, expediting, or field purchasing activities in accordance with the corporate Operating System Requirements (OSR) and established project or Material Management Plans, policies, and procedures<br />&bull; Responsible for the implementation, management, and monitoring of the Material Management Work Process with the approved Corporate Reference Tool for Material Management to meet project requirements and schedule<br />&bull; Negotiate and/or provide assistance in negotiation of large to complex bulk material packages to obtain best value for the Project<br />&bull; Review, analyze, negotiate Terms and Conditions, based on Prime Contract flow downs<br />&bull; Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines</p> </div> <div class="ng-scope ng-enter-prepare">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <p class="question thick ng-binding ng-scope section2LeftfieldsInJobDetails jobDetailTextArea">&bull; Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twelve (12) years if non-degreed<br />&bull; Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders<br />&bull; Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job<br />&bull; Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines<br />&bull; Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner<br />&bull; Well-developed communication, organizational &amp; interpersonal skills<br />&bull; Preferred candidates live in Greece/Speak Greek</p>
