Responsibilities: <p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p> <p>Reporting to Art Harrison, Co-founder and VP-Business Development, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join the team.</p> <p>Our new Enterprise Account Executive will push us forward as a key contributor and thought-leader. You will take us on our journey to help our target market manage their businesses through efficiency and customer satisfaction gains. It&rsquo;s a rare opportunity to help build out not just our client roster but our internal processes, our approach and the way we do business. Right now, we have a warm pipeline. We have leads coming to us through our website. We have expansion opportunities at a roster of existing clients. We have a lot of potential and the brain trust to build it out. Requirements: <p><strong>Our new Enterprise Account Executive has:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The experience. You have what it takes to successfully build relationships and sell into Fortune 500 companies. You get an adrenaline rush every time you close the deal. Your achievements go beyond quotas, extending into highly satisfied clients who trust your expertise.</li> <li>Motivation and drive. You get a thrill from pursuing the close which also means you are calm under pressure and can make sound decisions quickly. The confidence in our product and our company just makes it easier for you.</li> <li>Sales methodology and innovation. You believe in following a process because it works and changing it up when it doesn&rsquo;t. You want to contribute to building tactics and refining our processes for repeatable success.</li> <li>Communication. You have outstanding presentation skills. Your consulting approach in meetings gains the trust of those listening to you. Your written and verbal one-on-one communication skills - including the ability to listen and provide a true solution to a client&rsquo;s unique issues - are why you consistently exceed quota.</li> <li>Passion.
