Right now, we need a Junior Technical BA who wants to play a critical role working closely with our clients to understand their business needs. Someone who is equally comfortable building relationships as they are designing customized forms using our Smart Forms platform. Responsibilities: <p><strong>Our new Junior Technical BA will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with clients to understand their needs and those of their end-users.</li> <li>Reorganize complex forms to be used with ease by everybody.</li> <li>Craft engaging visual interfaces that align with client design systems.</li> <li>Shape convenient experiences for both frontline staff and the customers they serve.</li> <li>Write fluently in English, HTML and CSS.</li> <li>Code with JavaScript fundamentals (variables, loops, arrays and if statements).</li> <li>Support the sales and business development team by creating branded, customized demos and PoCs.</li> <li>Document and communicate issues, gaps and improvement ideas for the roadmap of the Product team.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Our new Junior Technical BA has:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education and the tools. A degree in a relevant field is preferred, but we know not everyone gains their skills this way. You have hands-on experience with web-based tools such as CRMs to configure or build out forms, Wordpress, and Joomla. You may have exposure to JavaScript and AngularJS.</li> <li>The practical experience. You understand how legacy forms and processes work. You know what kind of information is being requested and you can convert complex processes into intuitive and accessible customer experience. You can drill down to essential questions and understand interconnections. Your thought process resembles a flowchart - and you can make that come to life in your designs.</li> <li>The desire to learn. You can quickly adopt new technologies and respond to change by learning and adapting. You can adapt quickly, innovate solutions and embrace the new while accepting the ambiguous.</li> <li>The communication skills. You can effectively translate governance and business requirements into a user-friendly workflow. You know how to listen and be a contributing team member.
