Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develops, coordinates and evaluates the activity programming within the care community.</li> <li>Completes sections of the MDS and develops care plans that are specific to each resident.</li> <li>Interviews new residents and their families to determine interests and abilities, family history and background.</li> <li>Responsible for the development and on-going success of the Volunteer program.</li> <li>Responsible for maintaining adequate supplies to carry out activities.</li> <li>Participates in the QAPI process.</li> <li>Assumes responsibility for maintaining his/her own professional competence.</li> <li>Schedules and evaluates staff to ensure adequate program coverage, including weekend, evenings and holidays.</li> <li>Responsible for creation and management of activity calendar.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
