Requirements: <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>&nbsp;Ability to achieve and maintain the status of &ldquo;not disqualified&rdquo; upon completion of the Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Check.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Must have the physical health and stamina to work on a consistent basis with children who have diverse needs</li> <li> <p>&nbsp;Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Introduction to Psychology or Child Psychology college credits</li> <li>Basic knowledge of child development</li> <li>Previous experience with young children through babysitting, nannying, internships, PCA, child care worker, etc.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><em>COVID Notice: Please note the health and safety of Fraser clients and staff is a top priority.
