In this unique role with Fraser, you will also provide mental health assessments, intervention, consultations and supervision for children and adolescents. Responsibilities: <p><strong>Location and Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full Time, Exempt, M-F standard business hours currently remote but will likely be asked to be on site 1-2 days per week for team meetings&nbsp;</li> <li>Fraser Bloomington &amp; Remote Work</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>MA, MS, or Ph.D. in a mental health field</li> <li>Current licensure from the State of Minnesota (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC)</li> <li>Knowledge and experience regarding cultural diversity</li> <li>Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.</li> <li>Willing to consider someone able to be independently licensed within 6 month</li> <li>Valid Minnesota driver&rsquo;s license with acceptable record.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to pass MN DHC background study.</li> <li>Previous experience working with children with severe emotional and behavioral disorders preferred.</li> <li>Experience providing clinical services to pre-school aged children in day treatment setting preferred</li> <li>Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>COVID Notice: Please note the health and safety of Fraser clients and staff is a top priority.
