Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Assistant Coordinator (Lead) provides support to our House Coordinator, direct care to residents, and mentoring and training to Direct Support staff.</li> <li>In this role, you will assure active treatment, completion of personal cares, and the achievement of personal goals of clients receiving services.</li> <li>General duties include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;weekly/monthly financial documentation, on-site training, tracking and arranging clients&rsquo; medical appointments, identifying and arranging extra-curricular activities, tracking and ordering medical supplies/general supplies/food stock, and providing direct cares as needed.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Fraser Offers:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Up to $350 Hiring Bonus! Requirements: <ul> <li>High School diploma/equivalent preferred, post-secondary education preferred.</li> <li>At least six months of experience working with people who have developmental disabilities or related conditions preferred.</li> <li>Valid Minnesota Driver&rsquo;s License with acceptable record required.</li> <li>Ability to pass MN DHS background study.</li> <li>Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.</li> <li>Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required.</li> <li>Use of clear and understandable written and verbal English.</li> <li>Capacity to work independently and use strong decision-making skills.</li> <li>Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. consistently</li> <li>Passion for serving our clients.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Please note the health and safety of Fraser clients and staff is a top priority.</strong>&nbsp;We have created health and safety protocols to address the risk of COVID-19.
