Part-Time

Overview: <p><strong>$350 Hiring Bonus for external candidates!</strong></p> <p>Fraser is hiring motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP&rsquo;s) to work Full or Part-time with our clients in a group setting within our group homes and apartments with a flexible schedule.</p> <p>This position would be working directly with clients, doing everything from helping out with activities of daily living, personal care, and planning activities in the community. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about using their abilities to provide high quality care and make a lasting impact on the lives of adults and families with diverse needs!&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p>In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with:</p> <ul> <li>Medication administration</li> <li>Activities of Daily Living (ADL&rsquo;s)</li> <li>Money management</li> <li>Treatment documentation</li> <li>Personal care (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes</li> <li>Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)</li> <li>Planning and transportation to/from activities</li> <li>Community integration</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Fraser Offers:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>$350 hiring bonus&nbsp;</strong></li> <li>$15.00-$16.00/hour pay with a valid drivers license (plus meals on some shifts) <ul> <li>Weekend shift differential ($1.00 added to base pay rate for hours worked 10pm Friday through 9am Monday).&nbsp; <ul> <li>If an employee works overtime in a week where the weekend shift differential is applied, the shift differential rate will be factored into a blended overtime rate.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> <li>Up to five weeks of annual Paid Time Off for full-time staff</li> <li>Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance</li> <li>Health and Flex Savings Accounts</li> <li>Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance</li> <li>403(b) retirement account with Fraser contribution</li> <li>Career growth opportunities</li> <li>Student Loan forgiveness (through Public Service Loan Forgiveness program)</li> <li>Verizon Wireless cell phone plan and accessories discount</li> <li>Helpful, collaborative, thriving company culture</li> </ul> <p><strong>Available Locations and Schedules:</strong></p> <p>Fraser is currently hiring for Full or Part-Time staff.
