Each position at Fraser has a direct impact on our clients.&nbsp;</p> <p>Fraser is seeking a HR Benefits Administrator is responsible for employee elections, guidance, system administration, and system maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). In this role, you will be responsible to reviews and evaluates elections, assures accuracy of eligibility against carrier data, as well as assuring the integrity of the HRIS while also designing and generating employee reports for auditing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to assure employee elections are accurate and agree to the selected insurance carriers. Requirements: <ul> <li>BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant education and/or five years directly related experience.</li> <li>Advanced user proficiency in Ultimate Software (UltiPro/UKG), with knowledge of modules including Recruiting, Core, Performance Management, Learning and Development and Compensation Management.
