Each position at Fraser has a direct impact on our clients.&nbsp;</p> <p>Fraser is seeking a HR Benefits Administrator is responsible for employee elections, guidance, system administration, and system maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). In this role, you will be responsible to reviews and evaluates elections, assures accuracy of eligibility against carrier data, as well as assuring the integrity of the HRIS while also designing and generating employee reports for auditing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to assure employee elections are accurate and agree to the selected insurance carriers. Reconcile benefit accounts by reviewing, evaluating, and administering data into HRIS for accurate documentation of the full life cycle of the benefit plan.</li> <li>Manages the auditing and data integrity in HRIS against 10 &ndash; 12 benefit carriers by using carrier portals, reports, and data management.</li> <li>Developing a schedule of regularly run reports to compare data previously entered as it relates to the life cycle of the employee.</li> <li>Responsible for identifying errors and collecting missing data including but not limited to new hires, status changes, and termination processes; reconcile carrier accounts with accuracy.</li> <li>Responsible to code and reconcile bills, communicate issues with insurance carriers.</li> <li>Responsible to enter benefit deductions into the payroll, calculate additional deductions, refunds, and monitor the accuracy against reports to assure accurate payroll processing.</li> <li>Work with Benefits team to review audit requests and prioritization of auditing as requested by the organization.</li> <li>Develop a strong understanding of regulatory rules and Federal/State regulations as it relates to benefit eligibility, documentation verifications, spending account regulation, 403(b) regulation.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Fraser Offers:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work-life balance is important; Fraser offers generous paid time off to those employed full time</li> <li>Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance for full-time employees (30+ hours/week)</li> <li>Health and Flex Savings Accounts</li> <li>Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance</li> <li>403(b) retirement account with potential Fraser contribution</li> <li>Opportunities for community involvement in Fraser organized events</li> <li>Career growth opportunities</li> <li>Tuition Discounts at select colleges and Fraser School</li> <li>Fraser is a qualified employer in the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program</li> <li>Referral Bonuses;&nbsp;refer someone who is hired and both parties receive bonuses</li> <li>Verizon Wireless cell phone plan and accessories discount</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location and Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Richfield Corporate Office /&nbsp;Hybrid Remote</li> <li>Monday - Friday standard business hours&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant education and/or five years directly related experience.</li> <li>Advanced user proficiency in Ultimate Software (UltiPro/UKG), with knowledge of modules including Recruiting, Core, Performance Management, Learning and Development and Compensation Management. Demonstrated technical expertise with multiple software applications and ability to learn new software as needed.</li> <li>Five (5) or more years of HRIS analyst experience required, with proven UKG software experience including system implementations, deployments and upgrades.</li> <li>Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.</li> </ul> <p>If this ad makes you excited, apply today!
