Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Complete Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Evaluations (CMDE) to determine medical necessity for EIDBI services</li> <li>Support development and implementation of treatment plans for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders or related disorders utilizing principles of behavior analysis. <ul> <li>This may include curriculum assessment, data collection, data analysis, task analysis, functional analysis, and goal writing. These services are provided under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Provide ongoing documentation of behavioral services.</li> <li>Provide training and consultation as assigned and appropriate to skill set.</li> <li>Provide work direction to direct care staff in ABA program.</li> <li>Attend clinical staff meetings and provide input on peer reviews.</li> <li>Provide clinical services and documentation in such a way as to meet or exceed budgeted client service hour targets.</li> <li>Attend Multidisciplinary Case Review meetings, as required for compliance standards.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Locations and Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Brooklyn Center, MN / some remote&nbsp;</li> <li>Minneapolis, MN / some remote&nbsp;</li> <li>Full time, standard business hours&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>MA, MS, or Ph.D. required. &nbsp;</li> <li>Valid Minnesota driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable record required.</li> <li>Current Physician, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Behavioral Pediatrician, or Mental Health Professional (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW or LP) Minnesota license required.</li> <li>Have at least 2,000 hours of clinical experience&nbsp;<strong>and/or</strong>&nbsp;training in the examination&nbsp;<strong>and/or</strong>&nbsp;treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition&nbsp;<strong>OR</strong>&nbsp;Have completed the equivalent in graduate-level coursework at an accredited university.</li> <li>Knowledge and experience regarding cultural diversity preferred.<br /> <ul> <li><em>Please note: LAMFT, LPC, and LGSW candidates do not yet qualify - please see the Mental Health Practitioner - Clinical Trainee opportunity</em></li> </ul> </li> <li>Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Please note the health and safety of Fraser clients and staff is a top priority.</strong>&nbsp;We have created health and safety protocols to address the risk of COVID-19.
