Responsibilities: <p>CM Paraprofessional I</p> <ul> <li>Perform paraprofessional duties to include but not be limited to data entry, copying, faxing, mailing, and filing.</li> <li>Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint.</li> <li>Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of work time and specific tasks completed, entering it into official record within county, state, and Fraser systems.</li> <li>Contact providers and/or vendors to support individuals served in accessing services needed.</li> <li>Complete research to determine which providers offer supports and have availability for services needed, as requested.</li> <li>Assist with onboarding/off-boarding staff by completing applicable portions of the new hire/exit checklists, as requested.</li> <li>Maintain databases for Case Management individuals served, providers, and employees, as needed.</li> <li>Provide additional support with special projects, as assigned by supervisor.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p>CM Paraprofessional II</p> <ol> <li>Responsible for all tasks noted above.</li> <li>Completes specialized reports, audits, and projects, as needed.</li> <li>Provides mentorship for newer team members.</li> </ol> <br /> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Bloomington, 8:30am-5:00pm, <span class="modified">Partially Remote</span> depending on business need.</p>
Requirements: <p>Case Management Paraprofessional I:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>At least one year of experience as a case aide or in a closely related field, or one year of post-secondary education</li> <li>At least two years of administrative experience in an office environment required.</li> <li>Minimum two years of experience with a variety of Microsoft Office products including high level of proficiency with Word, Excel, and Power Point. Some SharePoint knowledge preferred.</li> </ul> <p>Case Management Paraprofessional II--additional qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>New Hires: At least three years of administrative experience in an office environment required.</li> <li>Internal Promotion: At least one year of Fraser experience as an Administrative Assistant II, Case Aide II, or CM Paraprofessional I.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><em><strong>Please note the health and safety of Fraser clients and staff is a top priority.</strong>&nbsp;We have created health and safety protocols to address the risk of COVID-19.
