Overview: Fraser is looking for a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW) to support Preschool Day Treatment. In this unique position at Fraser, the caseload will include supervising day treatment services for preschool-aged children with autism and mental health diagnoses and carrying an outpatient caseload. Requirements: <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current licensure from the State of Minnesota (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) required&nbsp;<em>(or obtaining licensure in the next 2-3 months)</em></li> <li>MA, MS, Psy.D, or Ph.D. in a mental health field required.</li> <li>Experience working with preschool-aged children; previous experience providing day treatment services highly preferred</li> <li>Knowledge and experience regarding cultural diversity preferred</li> <li>Valid Minnesota Driver&rsquo;s License with acceptable record&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to pass DHS background check and maintain in good standing</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail&nbsp;</li> <li>Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice</li> </ul> <p><strong>Please note the health and safety of Fraser clients and staff is a top priority.</strong>&nbsp;We have created health and safety protocols to address the risk of COVID-19.
