Full-Time

Overview: Provide initial screening and assessment according to presenting need for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Accurately evaluate an individual&rsquo;s observed and stated symptoms and make recommendations based on these evaluations.</li> <li>Write assessments succinctly and efficiently in order to recommend and refer for supports.</li> <li>Effectively engage individuals and families to formulate realistic treatment goals as part of the individual&rsquo;s initial integrated treatment plan.</li> <li>Work collaboratively within Fraser teams and across the service system to build positive working relationships to best support individuals seeking services.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct diagnostic assessment and treatment planning for clients with behavioral health concerns.</li> <li>Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapies for adults.</li> <li>Utilize person-centered, responsive approaches to provide therapies and interventions to individuals served as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location and Pay:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-time on site at our Bloomington, MN clinic</li> <li>Standard business hours&nbsp;</li> <li>Compensation: starting salary $71,000 actual salary depends on qualifications and experience&nbsp; <ul> <li>$2,000 hiring bonus for external hires</li> <li>Clinical incentive bonuses&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong><br />Fraser Offers:</strong></p> <ul> <li>403B- 3% discretionary match new in 2023!</li> <li>Variety of experiences to help you grow as a clinician.</li> <li>Fraser is a qualifying employer under the Department of Education&rsquo;s public services loan forgiveness program</li> <li>Work-life balance, generous PTO policy, discounted rates for Fraser School (Day Care)</li> <li>Referral bonuses; refer someone who is hired and both parties receive bonuses</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualification:<br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Current licensure from the State of MN (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW) required.</li> <li>Master&rsquo;s degree in mental health field required.</li> <li>Valid Minnesota Driver&rsquo;s License with acceptable record required.</li> </ul>
