As a leading provider of Mental Health and Autism Services in the Midwest, we serve clients with a broad range of needs and diagnoses from birth through adulthood</strong>.</p> <p>Right now, we are searching for an&nbsp;EHR Database Manager who is responsible for the management of Fraser&rsquo;s electronic health records systems, including day-to-day support, ongoing upgrades, documentation, data quality, and collaborates with others in regards to end user training.&nbsp;This position will be responsible for analyzing the needs and requests of users and help design, build, test, and deploy dashboards.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>DATA OVERSIGHT/REPORTING/ANALYTICS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Works with staff, supervisors, leadership and partners to help define and create a data environment that supports measurement and benchmarking, reporting and decision-making, clinical outcomes and cost benefit of services.</li> <li>Maintain workflows. Requirements: <ul> <li>BA/BS in computer science or business administration or related field preferred. Associate Degree and related experience.</li> <li>Three years of experience with databases and Microsoft Office applications. Database maintenance and oversight experience in a medical and/or nonprofit environment preferred. Ability to develop and modify database applications.&nbsp;</li> <li>Three years of experience statistical analysis and reporting.</li> <li>Experience in managing an Electronic Health Record system is preferred.</li> <li>Experience working in behavioral health organizations is preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.</li> </ul>
