Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Performs middle and backend work for the compensation team.</li> <li>Enters competitor and pulse data on jobs into Payfactors as it is available. Use data analysis techniques to including Salary surveys entered into Pay Factors, competitor data, and pulse data to provide salary/grade data to our Compensation Analysts so they can analyze it and maintain current pricing of all jobs at Fraser.</li> <li>Performs technical and administrative duties including: Processes promotions, market adjustments and other compensation related employee changes. Creates offer letters, as instructed.</li> <li>Compensation is the &ldquo;gatekeeper&rdquo; for all compensation bonus programs (new hire, productivity, shift differentials, etc), but is not the administrator. Provides admin support, as directed, on bonus program administration.</li> <li>Works with established templates to provide TA team with information on hiring history for their supported divisions so they can make the best recommendations possible to their compensation analyst for job offers.</li> <li>Develops job training manual on compensation functions for this job.</li> <li>Assists with updating, creating and maintaining job descriptions for Fraser positions.</li> <li>Familiarizes self with career ladders and naming convention in order to make changes in them as requested.</li> <li>Helps clean up old job codes and titles in the system.</li> <li>Generates reports in HRIS system to support requests for various projects as needed.</li> <li>Find new ways to be even more meaningful, effective and efficient for our families, staff and partners.</li> <li>May make updates to Sharepoint site.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Location and Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Richfield Corporate Office /&nbsp;Hybrid Remote</li> <li>Monday - Friday standard business hours&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.</li> <li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license is preferred.  Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel independently throughout the metro area&nbsp;within a reasonable amount of time&nbsp;is required.</li> <li>Minimum of 2-3+years of external experience in compensation support, data analysis, or related area of expertise.</li> <li>Analytically or data minded with interest in highly detailed analysis work and advanced mathematical skills.</li> <li>Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication with both internal and external contacts required.</li> <li>Ability to recognize problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions required.</li> <li>Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required.
