Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Contributes to evaluations and re-evaluations as delegated by the occupational therapist within 30 days of doctor&rsquo;s order, and establish appropriate treatment goals.</li> <li>Provide therapeutic treatment according to each client&rsquo;s established intervention treatment.</li> <li>Maintain complete, current, accurate and timely documentation for each client.</li> <li>Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child&rsquo;s progress.</li> <li>Maintains files and/or records in collaboration with the Occupational Therapist for the purpose of documenting activities and/or ensuring an up-to-date record of compliance with various state, federal, and administrative regulations.</li> <li>Communicate appropriate aspects of the client&rsquo;s program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team members.</li> </ul> <br /><br /> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Starting at $52,000/yr - salaried</li> </ul> <p><strong>Available Locations &amp; Schedules:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday through Friday between 8am-6pm</li> <li>Brooklyn Center</li> <li>Coon Rapids</li> </ul>
