Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Greets and provides intake and check-in protocols with all clients and visitors to the building: answers routine administrative inquiries, collects co-payments, gathers required information and signatures. Provides scheduling opportunities at any time during a client visit.</li> <li>Works with Clinical Operations Supervisor and/or Facilities to ensure that daily operations needs are met, complex needs are identified and addressed, and Fraser sites are in good working order to serve clients safely and appropriately.</li> <li>Ensures staff adherence to all infection control, safety and program policies related to operations procedures. This includes maintaining supplies within first aide/emergency kits, following/consulting on appropriate OSHA protocols, and enforcing health and safety standards.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Location and Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>Full-time Monday - Friday</p> <p>Training takes place at our Bloomington Clinic, Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm</p> <p>After training schedules are either Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm or,</p> <p>Monday - Thursday 9:30am-6pm, Friday 8:30am-5pm</p> <p>Currently planned for an early April start date</p> <p><strong>Fraser Clinical Locations</strong></p> <p><em>Current opening at Woodbury, MN, Richfield, MN, and Bloomington, MN</em></p>
Requirements: <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of people and to maintain positive relationships required.</li> <li></li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills required.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate solutions required.</li> <li>Systems-oriented and the ability to think proactively required.</li> <li>Computer proficiency using Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required.
