Overview: <p>Fraser is seeking a Mental Health Therapist/Clinical Trainee to provide individual and family therapy to adolescents at our Bloomington clinic. In addition to providing outpatient therapy, you have the unique opportunity to co-lead adolescent day treatment for ages 12-18. Fraser provides weekly individual and group supervision at no cost to you, training and growth opportunities! As a clinical trainee or a mental health professional, you hold a Master&rsquo;s Degree in a mental health discipline and are pursuing or hold an active independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LISCW).</p> <p><strong><br />Outpatient Therapy:</strong></p> <p>Our therapists support children, adolescents and families through these difficult times by providing individual and family therapy with a wide range of diagnosis including but not limited to trauma, reactive attachment, autism-co-occurring. Therapy services are provided in clinic or via telehealth.</p> <p><strong><br />Adolescent Day Treatment:</strong></p> <p>Helps 12-18-year-olds regulate their emotions and behavior by developing coping, problem-solving and social skills. It combines group therapy and skills training to help individuals maximize their potential. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Implementing personalized, responsive client treatment plans</li> <li>Conduct individual, family, and group therapy</li> <li>Perform crisis interventions</li> <li>Welcome new clients and conduct diagnostic assessments</li> <li>Collaborate and communicate with parents, county workers, social workers</li> <li>Positively affect change in client&rsquo;s lives in the areas of problem-solving, decision making, communication, and social skills</li> <li>Documentation</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Location:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bloomington, MN</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule &amp; Pay:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-time, standard business hours with 2 days until 6:00pm.</li> <li>Starting salary is $55,000 for a Clinical Trainee and $71,000 for a Mental Health Professional, actual salary will depend on qualifications (DOQ)</li> <li>Position eligible to receive bonuses for exceeding productivity expectations, in addition to annual pay for performance</li> <li>Clinical Trainee staff receive 8 hours of supervision/month at no cost to you!</li> </ul>
