Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage the collection of rent and preparation of financial information consistent with HUD guidelines and Fraser policy.</li> <li>Manage and provide documents for regular audits.</li> <li>Address and resolve tenant infractions and monitor compliance.</li> <li>Coordinate eviction procedures, as necessary.</li> <li>Coordinate and attend informational meetings.</li> <li>Support the service coordinators as liaisons between tenants and their individual support assistants, friends, and family members.</li> <li>Recognize and solve safety or accessibility problems.</li> <li>Facilitate communication with Independent Living tenants and management.</li> <li>Coordinate accounting data for the Independent Living apartments, including correction plans for late rents or back payments, cooperating with the accounting department as necessary.</li> <li>Regularly attend Housing and Urban Development (HUD) trainings to stay current and maintain regulatory compliance.</li> </ul> <br /><br /> <p><strong>Location and Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position is a full-time exempt, with hours Monday-Friday during standard business hours with occasional nights, weekends, &amp; on-call&nbsp;</li> <li>The position is mostly on site, with some hybrid.&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul> <li>Apple Valley</li> <li>Hopkins</li> <li>Minneapolis</li> <li>Minnetonka</li> <li>Richfield&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>BA/BS in Human Services or related field required.</li> <li>Valid Minnesota Driver&rsquo;s License with acceptable record required.</li> <li>Ability to understand and implement HUD regulations required.</li> <li>Two years of property management experience preferred.</li> <li>HUD experience preferred.</li> <li>Supervisory experience preferred.</li> <li>Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.</li> </ul> <br /> <p>If this ad makes you excited, apply today!
