Overview: <p>Fraser is seeking a Medical Eligibility &amp; Prior Authorizations Coordinator to support our Revenue Cycle team with data entry, verifying insurance eligibility and obtaining prior authorization for services. People who are successful in this position will have a high attention to detail, be flexible, and are able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Perform eligibility and benefit coverage checks for client services and enter benefit coverage information in the Electronic Health Records.</li> <li>Analyze reports, track, and obtain the necessary authorizations for all client services.</li> <li>Proactively and professionally communicate with providers and third party payers to obtain necessary documentation and information.</li> <li>Accurately record status of prior authorization requests in the expected timeframe and with required documentation.</li> <li>Respond to family&rsquo;s insurance coverage and prior authorization questions and communicate authorization denials or delays when needed.</li> <li>Perform data entry into our electronic health record.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Location and Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bloomington, Minnesota / Hybrid&nbsp;</li> <li>Monday through Friday, during standard business hours</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School diploma required.
