Overview: <p>Do you have your&nbsp;<strong>Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential</strong>? Do you have a Bachelor's degree in&nbsp;<strong>Psychology, Sociology, Child Development or a related field?</strong>&nbsp;Do you have supervised experience providing services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, mental illness, or emotional disturbance? If so, we would love to discuss the RBT position with you!</p> <p>Fraser is looking for caring, compassionate people that want to teach kids to thrive and truly make a difference in the lives of others! As a Behavior Therapist, you will be interacting 1:1 with children aged 2-7 in a clinical setting that are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder while engaging in fun activities to help build their skills and social awareness. Behavior Therapists assist clients with increasing independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, and communication.<br /><br /></p> <p><strong>What Can Fraser Offer You?<br /><br /></strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay: This position starts at $20.19 with an RBT credential, 4,000 hours of supervised experience or a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field.</li> <li>Schedule: Our clinical hours are Monday &ndash; Friday: 8:00am &ndash; 4:30pm.</li> <li>No experience in ABA? No problem! The first two weeks of employment are dedicated to training at full pay and full-time hours.</li> <li>Comprehensive Benefits: $350 hiring bonus offered for external new hires!
