Overview: The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance, and financial services offerings to approximately 13.5 million members and customers across 14 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Performs various risk analysis and support activities relating to either life or property/casualty or commercial insurance underwriting functions.</li> <li>Reviews insurance policies to ensure rating accuracy and completion and corrects policies within established limits.</li> <li>Prepares correspondence and reports. Maintains records and files.</li> <li>Reviews life/property/casualty/commercial insurance applications for rating accuracy and completeness.</li> <li>Verifies selected criteria for property/casualty or commercial insurance cancellation status or reviews conditionally issued life policies for accurate and complete input before files are released into the master record.</li> <li>Verifies that any missing requirements have been waived and that all life insurance policies being mailed have underwriting approval on file.</li> <li>Completes policy endorsement forms for additions or changes to property/casualty/commercial insurance policies or verifies that life insurance underwriter's instructions regarding premium class (standard, substandard) and exclusion of benefits applied for have been properly input into the computer system.</li> <li>Maintains a variety of charts, letters, and forms according to established procedures.</li> <li>May be required to review reports for discrepancies and correct errors.</li> <li>Types and develops graphs, reports, correspondence and form letters for additional information, records in the diary and follows up according to established procedures.</li> <li>Maintains computer and manual diaries for underwriting action according to established procedures and assists in developing monthly reports.</li> </ul>
