Overview: Fresh Mix Beverage is looking for motivated individuals who have sales experience, take a proactive stance, go getters and team players. Under the direction of Chief Sales Director, the Jr. Sales Representative is responsible for leading On-Premise Account sales within the South Florida region and achieving volume and distribution goals for FreshMix Beverage portfolio of brands. The On-Premise Jr. Sales Representative will also work closely with the FreshMix Beverage Creative Team help achieve desired results. The role will report to the Chief Sales Director. The mission for this role is to grow craft liquor placements by 150 locations in Miami/Fort Lauderdale annually and ensure case sales of 300 per month by year end 2018.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Sales: Direct lead account responsibility in assigned regional location. Performance to be reviewed monthly during probation period, and then quarterly, against internal metrics</li> <li>Sales: Direct sales responsibility of opening 150 key accounts annually, within assigned geography, growing on a monthly basis.</li> <li>Strategy: Responsible for securing new brands in conjunction with brand manager by Mid-2018.</li> <li>Sourcing: Aiding FreshMix management team with new sales team/ground team leads.</li> <li>Customer Satisfaction: Provide 95% customer satisfaction and ensure 30 day sell through rates with the help of FreshMix marketing team.</li> <li>Charitable Contributions: Actively participate in all FreshMix charitable activations.</li> <li>Ensure all sales practices are compliant with state &amp; company policies/law.</li> <li>This position is commission/bonus based with base salary potential dependent upon performance.</li> <li>This job description reflects management&rsquo;s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach. Lead selling within assigned regional chains.</li> <li>Ability to build direct relationship with trade as well as be the direct regional/local distributor team contact for FMB.</li> <li>Existing knowledge/relationships with regional on premise chains in assigned territory.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Sales experience a plus but not a requirement for the right candidate.</li> <li>Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment.</li> <li>Must be adaptive to change within organization and industry.</li> <li>Must be willing to travel to meet with assigned customers.</li> <li>Results oriented, innovative, strong problem solving and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.</li> <li>Display integrity, character and strong leadership skills.</li> <li>Support and model all company procedures and policies.</li> <li>Embrace and demonstrate FreshMix Beverage Values.</li> <li>Must be able to lift 50lbs.</li> <li>Must be able to travel to attend account meetings and conferences as well as attend distributor meetings. Approx. 20% travel based on market where located.</li> </ul>
