Overview: <p>We are looking for young, energetic and reliable sales candidates, sales experience is a plus but not required. This person will be selling spirits and beers to bars, restaurants, and liquor stores throughout the Tri County area. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized and communicative both internally and externally. The job requirements include visiting a minimum of 10 accounts per day. You must be reliable, passionate and have a great work ethic. There is a small&nbsp;<strong>base salary</strong>&nbsp;for the 3 first months plus commission. There is a potential for an increase in base pay after the first 3 months of employment.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Sales: Direct lead account responsibility in assigned regional location. Performance to be reviewed monthly during probation period, and then quarterly, against internal metrics</li> <li>Sales: Direct sales responsibility of opening 150 key accounts annually, within assigned geography, growing on a monthly basis.</li> <li>Strategy: Responsible for securing new brands in conjunction with brand manager by Mid-2018.</li> <li>Sourcing: Aiding FreshMix management team with new sales team/ground team leads.</li> <li>Customer Satisfaction: Provide 95% customer satisfaction and ensure 30 day sell through rates with the help of FreshMix marketing team.</li> <li>Charitable Contributions: Actively participate in all FreshMix charitable activations.</li> <li>Ensure all sales practices are compliant with state &amp; company policies/law.</li> <li>This position is commission/bonus based with base salary potential dependent upon performance.</li> <li>This job description reflects management&rsquo;s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must have reliable transportation (gas incentive provided)</li> <li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach. Lead selling within assigned regional chains.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Sales experience a plus but not a requirement for the right candidate.</li> <li>Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment.</li> <li>Must be adaptive to change within organization and industry.</li> <li>Must be willing to travel to meet with assigned customer</li> <li>Must visit at least 10 locations per day.</li> <li>You will be required to introduce new products in each account you have active.
