Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Staff in this category may also have the title of department assistant, coordinator or associate. Responsibilities: <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: left;"><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span>Provide data analysis and data reporting</p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: left;"><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span>Analyze data to provide ongoing appropriate communication with daily/weekly/monthly reports.</p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: left;"><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span>Assist in the preparation of proposals</p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: left;"><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span>Create and maintain daily and monthly sales reports</p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: left;"><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span>Draft business correspondence</p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: left;"><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span>Handle multiple office duties such as incoming calls, customer service, meeting arrangements, etc.</p>
Requirements: <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span>Must be detailed-oriented, punctual, have the ability to multi-task, be organized, and reliable.</strong> </span><br /><br /><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span>Three years experience in consumer products sales administrative assistant/support or sales analyst position.<br /><br /><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span><span class=" WELW ">Bachelor's&nbsp;Degree</span> (preferred)<br /><br /><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span>Previous experience with data analysis<br /><br /><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span>Advanced Microsoft office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)<br /><br /><span class=" WELW ">&middot; </span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p>
