Overview: Intern position available to an IT student. The help desk is open M-Sat 7 AM &ndash; 11 PM and Sunday 7AM &ndash; 9PM. Extended hours on some holidays.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>We will teach basic help desk skills such as logging calls, hardware installation, software application reset, and desktop support.</li> <li>We will also work around your school schedule</li> </ul>
Requirements: <UL><LI>Customer service experience</LI><LI>Retail store experience preferred, knowledge of basic computer hardware and peripherals</LI><LI>Basic troubleshooting skills</LI><LI>Able to speak Spanish or French a plus</LI></UL>Education Requirements: High school diploma, currently as a student in a 2 yr. or 4 yr. or higher education programExperience Requirements: Basic computer knowledge/experience requiredWork Hours: Monday-Saturday 7:00AM-11:00PM, Sunday 7:00 AM to 9:00PM. Minimum 20 hours per week during this time
