Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Daily cleaning and trash removal throughout community.</li> <li>Physically walk and inspect property on a daily basis, keeping the property, trash receptacle areas, hallways, common areas, garages and/or parking lots clean, neat and orderly.</li> <li>Detailed job description provided at time of interview</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience in janitorial, porter, landscaping, golf course maintenance, gardening, grounds maintenance, general labor.</li> <li>Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 50 pounds. Physical elements of the job may require frequent standing and walking, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, balancing and carrying.</li> <li>Valid driver's license and reliable, personal automobile.</li> <li>Willingness to help and work in areas other than grounds, such as maintenance, janitorial, etc.</li> <li>Ability to work weekends.</li> <li>Ability to travel to other properties in the same region.</li> </ul>
