Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, stacked units, centralized systems, and heat pumps.&nbsp;</li> <li>Troubleshooting electrical and control failures, airflow deficiencies, refrigeration and cooling issues, and condensate or water management concerns.</li> <li>Performing preventative HVAC maintenance to ensure system safety and efficiency.</li> <li>Responding to service requests and emergency maintenance calls in a timely manner.</li> <li>Managing refrigerants in compliance with EPA standards.</li> <li>Performing general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting.</li> <li>Preparing apartment homes for new residents with quality workmanship and attention to detail.</li> <li>Maintaining grounds, common areas, and GOZones to company standards.</li> <li>Accurately documenting work orders and maintenance updates within company systems.</li> <li>Delivering exceptional resident service through professional and courteous communication.</li> <li>Following all OSHA, safety, and company procedures.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li>3&ndash;5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential, commercial, or multifamily environments.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of HVAC systems, safety standards, and preventative maintenance practices.</li> <li>EPA Certification preferred.</li> <li>Experience with general apartment maintenance preferred.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.</li> <li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li> <li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li> <li>CAMT or CPO certifications are a plus.</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks daily.</li> </ul> <p><br /><br /></p> <p>Visit us at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.goldoller.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">www.goldoller.com</a>&nbsp;for more details!</p> <p><strong>Want to learn more about the GO culture?
