You want to move out of a larger team, into an elite group where you will see the direct impact of your work on millions of users world-wide. Responsibilities: <p><strong>We need a Product Manager who can:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own. You will own the product roadmap including continuous review and evolution. You will have a clear vision of the planned and in development individual releases.</li> <li>Evangelize. You will drive awareness, broad adoption and ongoing usage through the development of a strategic and tactical plan.</li> <li>Provide expertise and insight. You will be the Subject Matter Expert and go-to person for internal and external resources. You will share a deep knowledge of the product&rsquo;s functions, features, enhancements and changes.</li> <li>Be hands on. You will work with the latest mobile devices (smartphones and tables) using iOS, Android and Windows platforms and various payment peripherals.</li> <li>Strategize and innovate. You will lead the development of this product. You will draw on experience and knowledge to see the big picture and develop creative strategies to make the vision a reality.</li> <li>Analyze and prioritize. You will coordinate the collection, analysis and prioritization of functions and features.</li> <li>Greenlight. You will be responsible for beta testing and internal sign-off of each release before production.</li> <li>Present. You will step into senior management and executive level meetings to provide clear and direct information on the product progress.</li> <li>Support Sales and Product Marketing. You will work with the Sales team to assist in building pipeline and prospects for the product. You will provide support to Product Marketing by providing materials and collateral for product launch and other marketing activities.</li> <li>Drive new sales. You will work closely with the global sales team through pre-sales activities and sales enablement initiatives to drive new sales.</li> <li>Collaborate. You will work side-by-side with the Development team and the leadership team to ensure matching priorities and timelines.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An ideal combination of education and experience. You have a University degree or diploma in Computer Science or a Technology-related field. You have 5 to 7 years&rsquo; experience in product management including experience with: <ul> <li>the end-to-end software product development lifecycle</li> <li>mobile, e-commerce, retail products</li> <li>customer-facing meetings</li> <li>product demonstration at trade-shows, customer meetings and other similar events</li> </ul> </li> <li>Business Intelligence tools such as Microstrategy and the ability to analyze data for information reporting</li> <li>the airline industry (would be beneficial but is not necessary)</li> <li>A passion for bringing people and technology together. You have excellent technical knowledge and customer experience to create detailed and comprehensive requirements.</li> <li>An outstanding communication style. You can communicate and articulate plans, goals and messages clearly to the development team as well as senior executives.</li> <li>A flexible yet focused approach. You strive for balance across business value, client need, end-user desire, market expectation and user experience.</li> <li>A sound business instinct.
