Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls.</li> <li>Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers.</li> <li>Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.</li> <li>Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.</li> <li>Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection.</li> <li>Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet leads.</li> <li>Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.</li> <li>Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.</li> <li>Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.</li> <li>Meet or exceed set goals related to calls made, appointments set, and appointments shown.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to work Full Time including Saturdays and some evenings.</li> <li>Previous BDC/Call Center Experience preferred, but not required</li> <li>Automotive knowledge/experience preferred, but not required</li> <li>Telephone etiquette and customer service skills</li> <li>Possess time management skills and be able to work independently</li> <li>Not be scared of the word "No"</li> <li>Take direction well</li> <li>Must like being part of a TEAM</li> </ul>
