Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for answering all incoming service calls</li> <li>Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers</li> <li>Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads</li> <li>Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner</li> <li>Assist customers in appropriate maintenance recommendations</li> <li>Direct customers&rsquo; calls for the service department and answer customer concerns</li> <li>Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately</li> <li>Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and departments promptly</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to work Full Time including Saturdays and some evenings.</li> <li>Previous BDC/Call Center Experience preferred, but not required</li> <li>Automotive knowledge/experience preferred, but not required</li> <li>Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice</li> <li>Possess time management skills and be able to work independently</li> <li>Not be scared of the word "No"</li> <li>Take direction well</li> <li>Must like being part of a TEAM</li> <li>High school or equivalent</li> </ul>
