Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Establish new provider file set up based on company and facility specific credentialing requirements</li> <li>Maintain and track credentialing compliance for current provider files and work with providers to obtain missing, incomplete and expiring documents before expiration dates</li> <li>Establish and maintain long-term working relationships with providers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention</li> <li>Maintain consistent contact with providers to ensure that expectations are clear and requirements are completed in a timely manner</li> <li>Ensure all reviewed documents exactly meet the facilities’ requirements related to establishing competency through testing, skill checks lists and orientation</li> <li>Work with internal staff to address and resolve incomplete information or correct inaccurate documentation before it is submitted to our client facilities</li> <li>Audit information in credentialing files for accuracy, proactively collect all documents prior to new assignment starts dates, and maintain compliance during active employment</li> <li>Learn and maintain knowledge base of current company, state and federal regulations to ensure the greatest possible compliance</li> <li>Ensure complete and accurate documentation is maintained</li> <li>Adhere to established productivity and quality thresholds by completing monthly QI file audits for credential compliance</li> <li>Adhere to departmental and company policies and procedures</li> <li>Maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially when dealing with highly sensitive privacy data, including health information collected</li> <li>Adhere to weekly and monthly KPI reporting</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong ability to multi-task and shift gears as business needs and opportunities develop</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and function independently with minimal supervision</li> <li>Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and be available as needed outside of typical office hours</li> <li>Possess a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment</li> <li>Capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements</li> <li>Organized with attention to detail, strong communication skills, high integrity, and dependability</li> <li>Highly motivated to achieve results and meet goals</li> <li>Proficient in Excel, MS Word and use of ATS platforms</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred</li> <li>one (1) year of experience in an office setting, required</li> <li>two (2) years of industry-related work experience, preferred</li> </ul>
