Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Proactively identify, source and recruit qualified candidates that meet hiring criteria</li> <li>Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities</li> <li>Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a career with the company</li> <li>Continuously generate leads using high volume communication through telephone, email and text message</li> <li>Develop and maintain candidate pipelines, quality contacts and referrals</li> <li>Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals, including utilization of various job boards, sourcing tools and techniques to attract and identify active and passive qualified candidates</li> <li>Build and maintain unique relationships with non-clinical providers</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with trade associations, universities and other organizations to find and attract talent</li> <li>Prepare candidate profiles qualified for submission to clients directly or through a VMS platform</li> <li>Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and compensation requirements</li> <li>Organize and document post-interview debriefing and feedback with recruiting team</li> <li>Confer with internal account managers to identify open talent needs</li> <li>Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong ability to multi-task and shift gears as business needs and opportunities develop Knowledgeable in assessing the market to create competitive pricing that achieves financial goals</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and function independently with minimal supervision</li> <li>Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and be available as needed outside of typical office hours</li> <li>Possess a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment</li> <li>Capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements</li> <li>Organized with attention to detail, strong communication skills, high integrity, and dependability</li> <li>Highly motivated to achieve results and meet goals</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics, required</li> <li>Five (5) years of industry-related work experience, preferred</li> <li>Proven success in recruiting, sales or other metrics driven environment, required</li> </ul>
