Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Build and maintain relationships with organization leaders to develop a clear understanding of business needs, ensures cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs, and respond with agility to changing business priorities</li> <li>Participate in development of the IT strategy and roadmap with organization leaders, and ensure its integration with the broader enterprise strategic plans</li> <li>Participate in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on suitability for integration with the existing IT operations environment</li> <li>Maintain currency on new technologies and service management practices and provide direction on what emerging IT technologies and methods should be introduced, integrated and assimilated within the organization</li> <li>Participate in the development, and control the IT annual operating and capital expenditure budget and manage expenses to stay within plan</li> <li>Work toward a balance between growing the agility required to achieve digital business objectives and ensuring the core IT functions are reliable, stable and efficient</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li> <li>Ten (10) years of industry-related work experience with at least three (3) of those years in a progressive leadership position</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics</li> <li>Organized with attention to detail, strong communication skills, high integrity, dependability</li> <li>Ability to align IT and business strategy</li> <li>Excellent planning and execution skills</li> <li>Strong IT operations acumen</li> <li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li> </ul>
