Manager

Overview: In this exciting role, you will be responsible for running analytics, identifying opportunities, and supporting decision-making for the Net Revenue Management (NRM) team.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead&nbsp;analytics for highly visible brands to identify opportunities and &nbsp;influence in-market changes</li> <li>Partner with brand teams to develop pricing or assortment strategies on new product introductions</li> <li>Identify opportunities to take pricing actions based on competitive activity, commodity inflation, and/or product group trends</li> <li>Collaborate with internal and field sales teams to develop promotional strategies to maximize merchandising effectiveness and ROI</li> <li>Work with finance to understand profitability metrics and in turn align on strategies to achieve distinct financial objectives</li> <li>Maintain scorecards and provide ongoing feedback of NRM initiatives to the Henkel center of excellence</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Undergraduate business degree or other discipline (e.g., mathematics, economics) that requires extensive quantitative knowledge</li> <li>1 -3+ years of experience</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of IRI/Nielsen data (e.g. POS and Panel Metrics)</li> <li>Experience with modeling and advanced knowledge of Excel,and PowerPoint&nbsp;</li> <li>Exposure to Pricing, Promotion, Segmentation and Assortment Studies a plus</li> <li>Demonstrated professional and academic success</li> <li>Outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with many cross functional teams</li> <li>Advanced writing and communication skills with the ability to interact and persuade senior level individuals</li> <li>Ability to research and design solutions to business issues leveraging available data sources with little to no oversight&nbsp;</li> </ul>
