Overview: <p>Henry Ford Health System, one of the largest and most comprehensive integrated U.S. health care&nbsp;systems, is a national leader in clinical care, research and education.</p>
Responsibilities: A professional care provider who shares responsibility and accountability for a group of patients. Works in collaboration with other healthcare providers. May administer drugs under ACLS protocols in code situations at the direction of the physician and under the supervision of a registered nurse. May also work on the Mobile One health unit, and drive the vehicle as required.
Requirements: <span style="font-size: small;"><strong><u>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</u></strong>:&nbsp;</span> <div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Completion of a Paramedic program.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Minimum of at least one-year experience in the field as a paramedic, preferred.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Maintains current ACLS and BCLS provider status.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Licensure as a Paramedic in the State of Michigan.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> </div>
