Requirements: <ul> <li> <p>Applicants are required to be able to work legally in the United States without needing sponsorship.</p> </li> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, Accounting, or computer-related field or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>5 years of Oracle EBS or Oracle&nbsp;ERP&nbsp;Software as a Service (SaaS) or comparable system experience as well as financial data analysis and reporting.&nbsp;OR<strong>&nbsp;</strong>An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-specific competencies noted below.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong Accounting and Analytical Background</li> <li>Strong Human Resources Generalist Background</li> <li>Strong understanding of ORACLE ERP and HCM end-to-end business processes across modules Procurement-Purchasing-Payables-General Ledger-Projects -Fixed Assets; Recruiting and Onboarding, Human Capital Management and Business Intelligence.</li> <li>Ability to translate accounting/financial knowledge to Oracle ledger and sub-ledger configuration.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS) and underlying source data and process.</li> <li>Understanding of and ability to modify Oracle EBS workflows, security and responsibilities. Advanced SQL, with experience querying large data sets from multiple sources and developing automated reporting.</li> <li>Oracle EBS or Oracle SaaS implementation experience.</li> <li>Understanding of and ability to modify Oracle EPM (formerly Hyperion).</li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <p>Limited physical effort; majority of time office working conditions (sitting), occasionally some out-of-office travel resulting in use of laptop, tablet or cell phone. May require some standing during events.</p> <p>Majority of the time in office working conditions, will include travel within Hillsborough County and possibly to other peer Florida counties or municipalities where a successful strategy has been identified, meeting with internal staff as well as external potential partners, some early morning/late night hours required, lifting no more than ten pounds.</p>
