Responsibilities: <p><span style="font-size: medium;">Project Development:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Research projects, develop ideas and concepts, and write compelling scripts to serve a specific goal and a targeted audience.</span></li> </ul> <div><span style="font-size: medium;">Project Pre-Production:</span></div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Use and update project management applications to keep project participants up-to-date.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Collaborate, coordinate, and produce projects efficiently, while ensuring resources and budgets are planned, requested, and monitored.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Search and identify the best talent, locations, props, costumes, equipment, and other assets to maximize the quality of the project.</span></li> </ul> <div><span style="font-size: medium;">Project Production:</span></div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Serve in the capacity of any crew position needed for a shoot.</span></li> </ul> <div><span style="font-size: medium;">Project Post Production:</span></div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Log and transcode media to and from multiple formats.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Edit videos creatively while maintaining proper pace and ensuring that project goals and audience targets are met.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Color correct and grade media to create the proper tone and look for the story being told.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Animate elements in 2D and 3D to illustrate concepts and problems.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Design graphic elements that help advance the story and fit the overall look and tone you&rsquo;re trying to convey.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Find or develop music tracks and sound effects that help enhance the mood of the project.</span></li> </ul> <div><span style="font-size: medium;">Project Distribution:</span></div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Develop an influencer list and send the finished product to them.&nbsp; Track all influencers to see who contributes most to viewer engagement.</span></li> </ul> <div><span style="font-size: medium;">Meeting/Event Production:</span></div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Event staging of lights, audio, platforms, truss, projectors, screens, cameras, and set design.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Setup, testing, and run-through to ensure meeting and event equipment and personnel is operating as expected.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Design and generate graphic and video assets.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Serve as the event/meeting director, technical director, robotic camera op, camera op, floor director, on-air graphics (CG) op, audio mixer, agenda tagger, and a/v support technician.</span></li> </ul> <div><span style="font-size: medium;">Technical Assistance:</span></div> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Assist engineer with setting up, commissioning, and troubleshooting equipment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Provide basic networking support, to configure computer and production devices to work on various networks.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Radio/TV Broadcasting, Film, Education Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Media, or other mass communications field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">One year of experience producing television or video programs.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp;
