Requirements: <h2>IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE</h2> <div>The Hillsborough County Public Works Department is seeking a Engineering Technician to assist identifying, inspecting and condition coding infrastructure assets, such as sidewalks, roadways, bridges, pavement, curbs and inlets, trees and stormwater ditches.&nbsp; The ideal candidate will have will have the ability to work along side busy roadways in outside environment, exposed to heat, sun, high humidity, rain and other adverse weather conditions.&nbsp; Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of GIS applications, construction rules, regulations and practices. &nbsp;Candidate will walk/stand for prolonged periods of time (approximately six (6) hours) per day.
