Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Safeguard assets, guests, and team members.</li> <li>Escort gaming chips, tokens, cash, and other assets to the appropriate personnel.</li> <li>Supervise the end of gaming day drop.</li> <li>Oversee the counting of tokes.</li> <li>Prepare security reports in a timely manner and ensure accurateness and completeness.</li> <li>Know the procedures for both Security Control locations, i.e., Sensitive Key and Temporary - Badge Logs, Fire Alarm Panel, for Man Trap, Administrative Building, i.e., Cameras and Fire - Panel, and the Security Vehicle</li> <li>Demonstrate and follow the emergency procedures of the Security Department</li> <li>Assist the maintenance department in an emergency condition.</li> <li>Responsible for the proper usage of equipment, i.e. radios, handcuffs, cameras, and ID scanners</li> <li>Responsible for Alcohol Awareness Initiative and ensures that only Guests over 21 years of age are allowed in the casino.</li> <li>Address any individual not wearing an Illinois Gaming Board Identification Badge found in non-public areas.</li> <li>Escort individuals who have an admitted gaming issue to the dockside IGB Agent</li> <li>Report suspicious activity.</li> <li>Maintain First Aid/AED certification.</li> <li>Respond to medical emergencies and complete Illness/Injury reports.</li> <li>Promote and lead in our ACES of PENN program to external and internal guests that perpetuate Hollywood Casino&rsquo;s commitment towards quality guest service.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age.</li> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.</li> <li>Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts, interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations.</li> <li>Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.</li> <li>Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License</li> </ul>
