Responsibilities: The surveillance agent conducts clandestine surveillance throughout the casino property for the protection of company assets utilizing video and audio capabilities.<br /><br /> <ul> <li>Monitor casino guests and team members throughout the property</li> <li>Utilize computer based software to generate documents</li> <li>Observe and record table games and electronic gaming devices to ensure integrity on the games</li> <li>Observe and record count room activities such as table game drops, bill validator drops in protection of company assets until all are accurately and properly accounted for</li> <li>Observe and record cage areas for proper redemption and payout of chips, tickets and other casino related instruments used on a daily basis</li> <li>Review and report recorded incidents to the requestor</li> <li>Report violations of company policy, procedure, or internal controls</li> <li>Receive testing on a quarterly basis</li> <li>Reach specific performance goals at one year and maintain</li> <li>Take photographs for purpose of proper documentation of incidents and events</li> <li>Report illegal or unusual activities to appropriate members of management</li> <li>Be knowledgeable of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and company internal controls</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be age 21</li> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position</li> </ul>
