Responsibilities: The casino services supervisor supervises the casino services department. They assist the casino services manager with assigning work, training, rewarding and disciplining team members.<br /> <br /> <ul> <li>Completes daily checklists, reconciles payroll punch detail, completes all personnel paperwork as needed, and completes scheduling</li> <li>Monitors sign in book for verification of shift times, break times, and overtime</li> <li>Maintains attendance records to ensure compliance with Lost Time Policy</li> <li>Keeps special event reservation system updated by monitoring reservations requests, obtaining authorization, and inputting reservations</li> <li>Coordinates with Receiving on shipments and inventory</li> <li>Oversees Marketing promotions and events</li> <li>Responsible for monitoring ACD phone calls</li> <li>Counts and verifies team member&rsquo;s banks (Retail)</li> <li>Completes team member observation worksheets and gives immediate feedback</li> <li>Maintains inventory of supplies, forms, promotional items, and retail inventory</li> <li>Maintains Comment Cards and Brochure inventory</li> <li>Oversees Club Hollywood Card process as well as card upgrades</li> <li>Manages duplicate account combination, link, and unlink process</li> <li>Supervises entry issuance for cash giveaway sweepstakes</li> <li>Maintains special event count sheets</li> <li>Inputs special events into the casino system for analysis</li> <li>Coordinates marketing event and entertainment contracts</li> <li>Communicates capacity numbers to Casino Shift Managers and Security Control</li> <li>Completes Daily Casino Guest Report and communicates information to required departments</li> <li>Communicates current and future casino promotions to team members and guests</li> <li>Coordinates Monthly Marketing Calendars between Casino Hosts and Casino Services</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age</li> <li>College degree or equivalent work experience related to supervision or business</li> <li>Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret written and/or oral instructions</li> <li>Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests</li> </ul>
