Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for fostering a fun environment</li><li>Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers</li><li>Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events</li><li>Compile property wide operations performance reporting, analyze the results and communicate findings to property management (i.e. Human Resources, Finance, Executive Management Team, and Operations)</li><li>This responsibility will include the reporting and analyzing of revenue and costs generated as a result of specific events with an overall analysis of the impact or profitability of each event</li><li>Provide reports of statistical analysis, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables to Executive Management </li><li>identify relationships and trends in data in the region, as well as any factors that could affect the future results </li><li>Analyze and interpret statistical data in order to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information </li><li>Prepare data for processing by organizing information, checking for any inaccuracies, and adjusting and weighting the raw data </li><li>Develop and implement measurable business performance evaluations assigned according to property goals and objectives (i.e. slot play, labor analysis, marketing/promotion impact, etc.) </li><li>Work with the Marketing department to analyze programs to discuss potential return on investment</li><li>Evaluate sources of information in order to determine any limitations in terms of reliability or usability. </li><li>Plan data collection methods for specific projects, and determine the types and sizes of sample groups to be used</li><li>Design research projects that apply valid scientific techniques and utilize information obtained from baselines or historical data in order to structure uncompromised and efficient analyses </li><li>Develop an understanding of fields to which statistical methods are to be applied in order to determine whether methods and results are appropriate </li><li>Responsible for the annual Company Budget and Capital Plan, inclusive of planning, executing and reporting on the variances from actual operating results </li><li>Oversee the Warehouse/Receiving operating department</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude</li><li>Must enjoy hosting others </li><li>Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests </li><li>Strong analytical and accounting skills </li><li>Advanced computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Cognos Bi and Cognos Controller </li><li>Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field from an accredited four-year college or university - three to five years in marketing, planning and/or a finance environment is preferred. - three to five years in the gaming industry is required. - MBA is preferred</li><li>You must be able to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals </li><li>Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations</li><li>Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret various metrics, financial reports, and legal documents</li><li>Must be highly skilled in communicating via written and verbal formats </li><li>You must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations </li><li>Must be capable of operating in a highly confidential environment </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills are needed to deal with a variety of situations</li><li>Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces</li></ul>
