Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) Rules and Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Company and departmental policies and procedures.</li> <li>Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.</li> <li>Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner.</li> <li>Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department. Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.</li> <li>Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.</li> <li>Coordinate emergency situations.</li> <li>Evaluate the performance of officers and provide direction, coaching, counseling, and recognition to ensure successful performance.</li> <li>Patrol the property on assigned shift, identifying potential security and/or safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate persons, to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, and the entire facility.</li> <li>Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.</li> <li>Act as a representative of the property, interacting with guests and employees in a courteous, professional manner.</li> <li>Work flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the operation.</li> <li>Secure inventories and maintain lost and found records and items.</li> <li>Always promote positive public/employee relations.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.</li> <li>Safeguard the confidential information of all employees, department, and company records.</li> <li>Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.</li> <li>Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
