Responsibilities: <ul><li>Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. </li><li>Determines guest needs and suggests menu items to enhance service and meet sales goals. </li><li> Prepares a variety of food and beverage orders according to established recipes and outlet standards. </li><li>Operates electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions; transports monies to and from the main Credit cage. Counts money in register before and after each shift and properly records closing transactions. </li><li> Maintains cleanliness and supplies in side stations; cleans and wipes down workstation and utensils before and after each assignment. </li><li>Stocks foods in their proper place in food storerooms and rotates stock as necessary. </li><li> Cleans and sanitizes working/kitchen areas in outlets, both behind the line and in dining area. </li><li> Assures that tables are bussed and maintains dining area by returning tables and chairs to proper locations, as needed. </li><li> Assures that empty containers and rolling trash/cardboard dumpsters are taken to receiving dock, as needed. Monitors disposal of garbage and cardboard to respective dumpster at dock. </li><li> Sells non-food merchandise and maintains display. </li><li> Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker. </li><li> Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff. </li><li>Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service. </li><li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li>Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.</li> <li>Previous cash handling experience a plus.</li> <li>Ability to operate a P.O.S. System and/or adding machine and make change.</li> <li>Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.</li> <li>Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as business needs dictate.</li> <li>Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.</li> <li>Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.</li> <li>Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.</li> <li>Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
