Responsibilities: <ul><li>Enforces minimum age requirements and standards of fashionable and acceptable appearance of the guests entering the venue. </li><li>Identifies and directs VIP guests as indicated by management and VIP representatives. </li><li> Maintains a well-controlled environment for lines that may occur for entry into the venue. </li><li> Operates cash register, takes money, makes change, and accounts for cash and Credit receipts. </li><li>Sets stanchions appropriately nightly and for special events held within the venue. </li><li>Assists with special events and promotions as needed. </li><li>Anticipates guest needs when possible. </li><li>Communicates with managers regarding guest requests.</li><li> Holds conversations and interacts with guests. Responds to guests’ inquiries about Hollywood Casino by keeping abreast of the services and promotions offered. </li><li> Maintains constant awareness of safety and accident prevention and immediately notifies supervisor if an accident does occur. informs Supervisors of any irregularities existing, guest complaints, or other disputes which cannot be readily resolved. </li><li>May be required to make several costume changes during a scheduled shift. </li><li> Provides Red Carpet Service to every patron and employee. </li><li> Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English. </li><li> Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights. </li><li> Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. </li><li>Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. </li><li>Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. </li><li>Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. </li><li>The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.</li></ul>
