Responsibilities: <ul><li>Greets guests in a timely manner and obtains beverage and/or food orders. initiates conversation with guests. </li><li>Performs choreographed and rehearsed dance and/or singing routines as scheduled. </li><li> Expedites food and drink orders for each party quickly and accurately. Serves refills upon request as well as follows up for additional food and beverage requirements. </li><li>Keeps tables neat and orderly by removing glassware no longer in use. Clears and resets tables for next seating. </li><li>Adheres to all responsible alcohol serving requirements as dictated by the state; requests identification from guests ordering alcohol when legal age is questionable. </li><li>Anticipates guest needs when possible. </li><li>Communicates with bartenders and managers regarding guest requests.</li><li> Breaks bartenders when necessary.</li><li> Completes end of shift checkout and paperwork according to preset standards. </li><li> Completes assigned opening and closing side work. </li><li>Provides Red Carpet Service to every patron and employee. </li><li> Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Must be at least 21 years of age. </li><li> High School Diploma or GED equivalent. </li><li> One (1) year of previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast-paced environment with cocktail serving experience in a nightclub or casino preferred. </li><li>Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails. </li><li>Previous or current modeling and/or dancing experience. </li><li>Must be able to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English. </li><li> Possess excellent interpersonal service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in very high-paced and stressful environment and work under pressure.</li><li> Ability to speak and to listen in a public forum. </li><li>Basic math skill is required; ability to handle cash and accurately make change. </li><li>Must be comfortable wearing and performing in a variety of costumes that are suggestive and/or revealing in nature and 2” heels. </li><li> Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights. </li><li>Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.</li><li> Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.</li><li> Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. </li><li>Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. </li><li>The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.</li></ul>
