Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">​</span><span data-contrast="auto">​</span><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Customer Service Program.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Oversees the processing of cash transactions for casino customers and Team members (Includes cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, travelers checks, exchange currency and processing cash advances)</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 regulations.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Enroll patrons into Players Club, issue patrons Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with all casino promotions.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Answers phone calls with proper phone etiquette.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Complies with state, company, department policies and regulations.</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Assists manager and co-workers as needed.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Other duties may be assigned.</span><span data-contrast="auto">​</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">​</span><span data-contrast="auto">​</span><span data-contrast="auto">Manages Team members who oversee activities in the key support operational areas noted above.&nbsp; </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these aspects of the department.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"> Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization&rsquo;s policies and applicable laws.&nbsp; </span> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</span><span data-contrast="auto">​</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> </li> </ul>

Must be able to communicate positively and professionally with customers and Team members at all levels and can input a variety of data into a department computer.​ <br /><br />EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: <br /> <ul> <li>​​A minimum of 21 years of age.</li> <li>High School diploma and a minimum of 3 years of cashiering and experience and/or heavy money handling experience.</li> <li>Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.</li> <li>Prior supervisory experience preferred.​</li> </ul> LANGUAGE SKILLS: <br /> <ul> <li>​​Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.</li> <li>Ability to write simple correspondence.</li> <li>Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other Team members of the organization.​</li> </ul>
