Responsibilities: <ul><li>Completing sales in the POS for Epic Buffet guests; including taking money in payment of sales, counting appropriate change, appropriate handling of cash payments, and appropriate accounting for cash and credit receipts.</li><li>Greeting and welcoming guests, assigning seating, and escorting guests to their table.</li><li>Maintaining all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each guest and cast <br />members.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Three months related experience</li><li>Basic computer knowledge.</li><li>Commitment to superior customer service.</li><li>Must qualify for licensing by Maryland Gaming Commission.</li></ul>
